Get Involved

The stigma of mental illness prevents people from seeking treatment and hinders public understanding of mental health. You can help!

Advocate

Every year, community rehabilitation programs like Tasks Unlimited face legislation that jeopardizes the ability to continue to help people with serious and persistent mental illness. Be a voice for people with mental illness. Email, write, call or visit your state representatives and tell them that funding mental health services needs to be a priority even in tight budget situations.

Donate

The waiting list for admissions into Tasks Unlimited's training programs continues to grow. Your financial support helps us reduce the waiting list while continuing to provide long-term support for people already working towards mental health recovery.

Volunteer

Volunteers play a critical role in the success of program participants and their families at Tasks Unlimited. Whether it’s assisting a child with homework or taking a small group on an outing, your time is valuable to our organization.

We’re currently seeking small groups and individuals interested in helping families at Oakwood Residence. Long-term and single event projects are available. Please contact Andrea West at 612.436.0755 ext 2300 for more information.
