Employees who violate these privacy policies and procedures may be subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination.
Tasks Unlimited will not intimidate, threaten, coerce, discriminate against, or take any other retaliatory action against any person who has exercised their rights under HIPAA. Any Tasks Unlimited employee engaging in the above activities against any individual who has exercised their rights under HIPAA may be subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination.
